Job summary

Cricklade Manor Nursery in Swindon area seeks enthusiastic Nursery Assistants and Level 2/3 Practitioners to deliver a stimulating curriculum for children from 3 months to 5 years. You will help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment from 7:30am to 6:00pm, supporting development and family connections.

Your role includes planning activities, tracking progress, and safeguarding, with opportunities for funded apprenticeships up to Level 5 and career growth within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 EYFS qualification required or willingness to complete.
• Interest in caring for children aged 0-5 and a passion for learning outdoors.
• Confident communicator with good listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities for each child.
• Maintain development records with support of Room Leader.
• Engage with parents to integrate children into the Nursery.
• Maintain safeguarding and welfare standards for every child.
• Collaborate with the Cricklade Manor Team in planning and training.
