They ensure that the care and education delivered meet legislative requirements of Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). In this role, you will act as a key worker for a small group of children and work in partnership with parents and carers, encouraging their participation in their child's development.
You will actively participate in the daily operations and organization of the nursery within established policies and procedures, providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. You will promote good relationships between parents and staff within the group. The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, either full or part-time, with a longer day on Thursdays for staff meetings.
