Early Years Practitioner (EYP) Scale 4 pt 7-11
Full time, 52 weeks per year
£29,346 - £31,074
Revolving shift pattern (36 hours per week):

  • Week 1: Monday to Thursday 07:45-16:00, Friday 08:00-16:00
  • Week 2: Monday to Thursday 08:45-17:00, Friday 08:45-16:45
  • Week 3: Monday to Thursday 09:45-18:00, Friday 10:00-18:00
Includes 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Sybourn Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced Early Years Practitioner to work in our Foundation Stage. The post holder will deliver services within the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, Every Child Matters, and Ofsted Care Standards (Under 3s).

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to join our Early Years team. You will assist Early Years Teachers in supporting children's learning, social, and welfare needs within the school. You will be part of a friendly, hardworking, and supportive staff team. The successful applicant will have:

  • Paediatric First Aid qualification or willingness to train
  • A level 3 qualification that meets the approved 'full and relevant' criteria for early years qualifications as per the DfE's criteria.
