Job summary

Qualifications

About the Role

Working as part of the Reception team, you will support children throughout their Early Years education, helping to create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children within a Reception / EYFS classroom
• Supporting learning through play-based and adult-led activities
• Helping children develop their communication, social and emotional skills
• Encouraging independence, confidence and positive relationships
• Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Helping children access a range of engaging activities and experiences
• Supporting classroom routines and transitions
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
• Observing and responding to children's individual needs and interests
• Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
