NurseriesAndSchools.org in Battersea, SW8, is seeking an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a preschool following the EYFS curriculum.

You will promote the preschool vision, plan age-appropriate activities, monitor development, and work with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.

The role involves 40 hours per week with rotating early and late shifts between 7:30am and 6pm; a strong focus on safeguarding and parent partnership.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Level 3 in Childcare & Education (or higher).
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with families.

Aufgaben

• Actively promote and implement the preschool vision with a focus on children's achievement.
• Work with Foundation Stage staff to deliver high-quality planned activities.
• Deliver age-appropriate activities for individual learning needs and monitor development.
• Carry out baseline and ongoing assessments and plan educational programmes with the team.
• Support play both indoors and outdoors and participate in termly parent evenings and reports.
• Maintain EYFS profiles and contribute to weekly planning and evaluations.
• Support risk assessments and collaborate with parents on development issues.
• Attend training and meetings as required by the manager.
