Job summary

Family Adventures Group in Bridgwater, United Kingdom, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to deliver high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS. You will work as part of the room team under the guidance of the Room Manager, Deputy Nursery Manager and Nursery Manager to support children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Salary is from £13 per hour for 40 hours per week, on a full-time, permanent basis.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent).
• Genuine passion for working with young children.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care, learning and play experiences that support children's development and wellbeing.
• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
• Observe, assess and support children's learning and development.
• Support personal care routines and daily arrangements.
