A vibrant Gaelic Medium Nursery in Edinburgh is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to inspire young minds and promote bilingualism. The ideal candidate will create engaging learning environments and support children's Gaelic language journeys. A commitment to early childhood education is essential. Working hours are from 8:15 to 16:30, including flexible working arrangements.

Salary: £28,046 - £32,010 (pro-rata for sessional)
Hours: 36 per week, 39 weeks sessional

Working hours: 8:15-16:30 (13:15 on Fridays). English speakers will also be considered.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outwith the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will need to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will depend on the satisfactory outcome of these checks.

Our salary range reflects the starting salary with annual increases until reaching the top of the range.
