Bun-Sgoil Taobh Na Pairce (Parkside Primary School)

Salary: £28,046 - £32,010 (pro-rata for sessional)

Hours: 36 per week, 39 weeks sessional

Are you passionate about early childhood education and seeking to work in a warm and welcoming school community? Our vibrant Gaelic Medium Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to be part of our nurturing setting. At Bun-sgoil Taobh na Pàirce, we celebrate Gaelic culture, music, and song to help foster a love of learning through an immersive Gaelic language experience.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to inspire young minds, create engaging and playful learning environments, and support children in their Gaelic language journey. Working hours: 8:15-16:30 (13:15 on Fridays). English speakers will also be considered.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outwith the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will need to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will depend on the satisfactory outcome of these checks.
