Job Title: Early Years Practitioner (Full-Time)

Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and develop.

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing children's development and progress.

Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times.

Maintain accurate records of children’s development, accidents, and daily routines.

Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the setting.

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).

Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development.

Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A positive, enthusiastic, and caring approach.

A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
