We are in search of qualified educators/practitioners to join our team.

With extremely high numbers of 1, 2 & 3-year-olds currently seeking a place and enrolling at our Nursery, we are continuing our search for dedicated individuals to start with us.

Salary: Dependent on qualification and experience but above NMW/NLW

Our nurseries have good reputations, and we want to maintain the high standards that have earned us accreditation with a 'good' rating in all areas during our last inspections.

You will be someone who demonstrates a mature attitude and who is focused on delivering excellent standards with a natural ability to work as part of a team.

We will provide the following onboarding training:

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Paediatric First Aid certificate

We are looking for someone who has the ability to demonstrate responsibility, flexibility, and use their own initiative.

You must have a warm, smiling face that makes every child feel special. You should be able to laugh at jokes you don't understand or don't find funny! Quirkiness is welcome. If a child requests that you be a captain of a pirate ship, you should be the best pirate captain you can be!

You must feel comfortable telling everyone in the room that you are going to the toilet! The ability to sing in tune is not necessary; however, singing out of tune in front of a crowd is essential.

You should be able to distribute warm hugs as required and possess skills to quickly count the heads of numerous moving small people.

You must be comfortable entering public places on your way home from work with unknown substances on your clothing and be open to discussing bodily functions with a high sense of smell to respond appropriately.

You should be able to pretend to eat playdough creations realistically and drink pretend tea. Reading a ten-page fairy tale upside down with interruptions per page is expected.

Most importantly, be prepared to have lots of fun at work! Laughter will be a significant part of your day. You should feel loved, special, and important to our children and their families.
