Bright Horizons Long Road Day Nursery & Pre-School is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging activities for key children while ensuring a safe, nurturing learning environment. The role emphasises development toward EYFS milestones and building strong partnerships with families.
You will work full-time (40 hours, Mon-Fri) at the Cambridge site, with a supportive team and access to professional development. A welcome bonus of £2,000 is offered to new starters under terms.

The nursery features five beautiful, spacious rooms, four of which have direct access to our fantastic outdoor space with gardens and play areas that the children enjoy regularly.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
