Bright Horizons Winchester Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner in Winchester to plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting development and milestones.
You will foster a safe, welcoming environment where children can express themselves and explore, helping to nurture a lifelong love of learning. A Level 3+ Early Years qualification and safeguarding knowledge are essential for this role.
Nursery – Bright Horizons Winchester Day Nursery Salary – Level 3 £29,203.30 - £34,340.80 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Salary – Level 2 £28,080 - £28,932.80 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Bonus – £1000 welcome bonus for full time roles, £500 welcome bonus for part time roles *Subject to T&C

We're looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Winchester Day Nursery. Our Winchester nursery is Ofsted Rated Outstanding and is a 75 place nursery. It has easy access off of Junction 9 on M3 and is a 10 minute walking distance from Winchester train station and 5 minutes from the bus station.
The Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
