Job summary

Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery is hiring an Early Years Practitioner to join our bright, modern setting in Wembley. You will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting development toward milestones in a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires a Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, and strong EYFS knowledge. DBS checks and safeguarding awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Safeguarding and child protection knowledge is essential.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents/carers.

Nursery – Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery

Salary – £29,972.80 - £31,158.40 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Hours – 40 Hours Per Week | Mon-Fri | Permanent

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Wembley Day Nursery! This bright, modern and spacious nursery is set across two floors and is full of cosy reading corners, imagination stations age based resources. It has a great outdoor garden with covered area and sensory play sections. It has onsite parking and is situated in the heart of Wembley with great transport links!

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
