Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Practitioner (part-time or full-time) to join our dedicated team in Coventry (CV3) . This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who is committed to providing outstanding early years education and care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, learning, and well-being of children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality childcare in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
* Observe, monitor, and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
* Build strong, professional relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
* Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the welfare of all children in your care

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent)
* Proven experience working within an early years setting
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
* Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
* A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to working with children and families
