Early Years Practitioner – Thatcham/Newbury

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner to join our team and support across nursery settings in the Thatcham/Newbury areas.

Your Role:

1. Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
2. Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to promote learning and development.
3. Observe and record children’s progress, offering tailored support to help them achieve key developmental milestones.
4. Create a stimulating and inviting learning environment that fosters curiosity and exploration.
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing space for all children.
6. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, encouraging open communication and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:
