Job summary

Bright Horizons Holland Park Day Nursery & Preschool in Notting Hill is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for our Holland Park Nursery. The role focuses on planning, delivering, and reflecting on engaging activities tailored to each child to support early development.

You will provide a safe, nurturing environment that encourages children to explore, express themselves, and develop a lifelong love of learning, aligned with the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each of your key children to encourage their development towards key milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

Salary – £31,158.40 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Hours: Full time - 40 hours, Monday - Friday

Location – Notting Hill, W11 3BQ

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Holland Park Nursery situated in Notting Hill.
