About the Role

Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner or Nursery Practitioner with a caring personality? Do you want to build a career in Early Education or Nursery settings? We are recruiting for an EYFS Practitioner to join our partner school in Skegness, which has an 'outstanding' Ofsted rating.

Responsibilities

• Hold a Cache Level 2/3 Qualification in Childcare/Early Years
• Be available to work full-time, 5 days a week
• Understand the EYFS framework and have childcare experience
• Encourage children to learn through fun activities and games
• Maintain safe and child-friendly classrooms and outdoor areas
• Teach basic skills like alphabet recognition and object naming
• Stay updated on early years learning developments
• Ensure children are collected by authorized persons
• Communicate progress and developmental concerns to parents
