Are you nurturing, enthusiastic, and passionate about giving children the best start in life? We are looking for a warm and dedicated Early Years Practitionerto join an early years team and support the learning and development of our youngest learners. Beginning June 2025.

Duties as an Early Years Practitioner:

  • Assisting in the delivery of creative, play-based learning activities

  • Supporting the class teacher and early years practitioners in daily routines

  • Creating a caring, safe, and stimulating environment

  • Encouraging children’s social, emotional and language development

  • Observing and recording children’s progress

  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Ideal Early Years Practitioner:

  • Has a relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

  • Loves working with young children and understands their needs

  • Is patient, kind, and full of energy

  • Has good communication skills and works well in a team as a Early Years Practitioner.

  • Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
