Qualifications

• Qualification de niveau 3 ou plus en Éducation de la Petite Enfance requise.
• Compréhension du cadre d'éducation de la petite enfance (EYFS).
• Connaissance des procédures de protection de l'enfance.

Salary Level 2 – £25,896 - £26,728 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Salary Level 3 – £26,915 - £31,720 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Romsey Day Nursery. Our Bright Horizons Romsey is Ofsted rated Good, and is located in the North of the town, close to Abbotswood and Crampmoor, they also have a large car park for the staff to use.

The nursery enjoys beautiful garden spaces and Babies, who occupy the top floor, have their own rooftop garden for soft, safe outdoor exploration. Older children enjoy a spacious ground floor garden.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we’re looking for

· Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification

· Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments

· Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

· Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection

· Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
