Job summary

Academics is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the team on a full-time basis in Rochester. The role involves working across day nurseries and nursery provisions within primary schools, with Monday to Friday hours and immediate start.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 EY/Nursery qualification, has experience in an early years setting, and can travel between settings around Rochester. A fully enhanced DBS is required or applicants must be willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 3 Early Years/Nursery qualification.
• Experience working with children in an early years setting.
• Be fully reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to have a DBS check (fully enhanced) or apply for a new one.

Responsibilities

• Work across a variety of early years settings, including day nurseries and nursery provisions within primary schools.
• Commit to Monday-Friday, full-time hours.
• Travel to different settings around Rochester, Medway and surrounding areas.
• Support children's development through play and learning activities.

L3 Nursery Practitioner

Location: Rochester, Medway
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently looking for a passionate and reliable Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be happy working across a variety of early years settings, including day nurseries and nursery provisions within primary schools.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a Level 3 Early Years/Nursery qualification

• Has experience working with children in an early years setting
• Is enthusiastic, caring and passionate about supporting children's development
• Is reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Is flexible and happy to work in both nursery and primary school nursery settings
• Can commit to Monday-Friday, full-time hours
• Has a fully enhanced DBS, or is willing to apply and pay for a new one
• Ideally drives, or has reliable access to public transport to travel to different settings around Rochester, Medway and the surrounding areas
