Job summary

Bright Horizons Reigate Holmesdale Road Day Nursery and Preschool is hiring a full-time Level 3 Practitioner to join our nursery close to the station in Reigate. You will plan engaging activities, support children's development and reflect on practice within a warm, caring environment.

As part of a supportive team, you will deliver EYFS aligned experiences, safeguard children and build strong partnerships with parents to nurture curiosity and a love of learning across ages.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification.
• Demonstrate passion for fun, inclusive learning environments.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding understanding.
• Ability to build trusting partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Nursery: Bright Horizons Reigate Holmesdale Road Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary Level 3 – £28,072 - £33,020 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Reigate, Surrey

About the Role

We are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Nursery, situated close to the train station and bus routes from Redhill, Horley and surrounding areas.

The nursery offers growing space for gardening with the children, a children’s kitchen for cooking, and opportunities to trial different ages in the building due to own preference and personal development.

Role Responsibilities

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers
