Job summary

St Michael's Prep School in Otford is seeking an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our Pre-School team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on children aged 3–4, fostering a warm, encouraging environment and building strong relationships.

You will be reliable, well-organised and a team player with good written and verbal communication skills. The working pattern is 10:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, including term-time INSET days and wraparound care duties.

Responsibilities

• Support Pre-School (Kindergarten) team in activities and learning for 3–4 year olds.
• Work 10:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, including term-time INSET days.
• Provide wraparound care and assist with safeguarding checks as required.
