Salary: Starting from £25,363.09 - £26,334 per annum (full time equivalent, dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8

We are looking for a full time Level 2/3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool, situated in the beautiful castle town of Kenilworth - commutable from Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa and the West Midlands.

This nursery is proudly rated 'Good' by Ofsted and offers a fully refurbished environment, extensive outdoor area and a designated baby unit.

For the part time hours we can consider two, three or four days per week. The nursery opening hours are 0730-1830 Monday to Friday, so we'd need some flexibility to work a range of shifts between these times. We could also consider lunch hours, working Monday to Friday (5 days) 11am-3pm or similar shifts.

What we’re looking for:

  1. Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  2. Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Early Years Practitioner, or similar)
  3. Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  4. Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
  5. Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
  6. Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
