Contract: Full-Time

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our primary school in Wellingborough. In this role, you will provide high-quality service delivery within the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework. Working in partnership with the Nursery, Reception Teacher, or Lead Professional, you will help meet the aims of the Nursery, contributing to the planning and implementation of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework in collaboration with the teaching staff.
  • Assist in planning and implementing educational activities and play opportunities to foster children's development.
  • Work closely with the Nursery, Reception Teacher, or Lead Professional to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Take on some responsibility for planning parts of the curriculum and participate fully in its implementation.
  • Support the overall policy and curriculum planning, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.

Requirements:

  • CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education, BTEC National Diploma in Early Years, NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development, OR NNEB Certificate.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues, children, and parents.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and its implementation in a nursery or reception setting.
