Vision For Education Ltd is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support nursery settings in Stoke-on-Trent. You will join an established room team, lead play and activities that build language and confidence, and help with snack, lunch, sleep and personal care.

This role offers full-time hours with the days you choose, weekly PAYE pay, and the chance to work in nurseries across ST1-ST6 regions, depending on bookings. A Level 2/3 Early Years qualification and an Enhanced DBS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a nursery, pre-school or Early Years room.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
• Paediatric First Aid (important for Level 3 bookings).
• Warmth, reliability and patience.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or happy to apply for one.

£569.60-£646 a week full time (£14.24-£16.15 an hour) | Weekly Pay | You Choose the Days

Vision For Education places Early Years Practitioners and Nursery Assistants into nurseries and pre-schools from Tunstall to Longton. Tell us the days you're free and we'll match you to settings close to home.

A Typical Day

• Joining an established room team, from babies through to pre-school
• Leading play, stories and activities that build language and confidence
• Helping with snack, lunch, sleep and personal care
• Keeping the room safe, calm and welcoming
• Heading home when the shift ends, with no learning journeys or paperwork to take with you
