Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.

Job description

Nursery – Bright Horizons Rose Cottage Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary – starting at £25,896 (Level 2) - £26,915 (Level 3) per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Rose Cottage Day Nursery and Preschool, located on the outskirts of Haywards Heath making it a slightly more rural setting. This nursery offers a large outside area, including a woodland area with animals – goats, chickens, ducks and guinea pigs. There’s also onsite parking and it’s conveniently close to the M23.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
