Bright Horizons Harpenden Luton Road Day Nursery and Preschool in Harpenden is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will plan, create and reflect on engaging activities to support each child’s development and create a safe space for exploration.

Early Years Practitioner

Nursery: Bright Horizons Harpenden Luton Road Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: Starting from £29,203.20 per annum dependent on qualification/s and experience

Hourly rate: £13.50ph (Level 2), £14.04ph (Level 3)

Location: Harpenden

Hours: 40 hours Monday-Friday

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Harpenden Luton Road Day Nursery and Preschool, situated in Harpenden, just a short distance from the town centre with onsite parking available.

We are Ofsted rated 'Good'. The nursery is set in a beautiful converted Victorian house with seven spacious rooms spread over three floors, including a 'must-see' log cabin nursery room. The nursery also benefits from a large outdoor play area which the children enjoy regularly!

Role Overview

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
