Job description

Early Years Practitioner - Nursery Nurse - Woodford

Full Time - 40 hours

3 positions available

3, 4 or 5 days

Salary scale:

  1. Level 2/3: £20,947.68 - £35,989.20
  2. Level 6: £21,593.52 - £36,527.40

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with lead educators to assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
  2. Support classroom routines and transitions, ensuring a smooth and organized daily schedule.
  3. Interact with children during playtime, encouraging positive social interactions and fostering a sense of curiosity.
  4. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment that promotes optimal learning and exploration.
  5. Observe and document children's progress and behaviors as directed by lead educators.
  6. Participate actively in team meetings, professional development sessions, and training opportunities.
  7. Uphold the values and standards of the nursery.
  8. Follow and adhere to the structure of our educational programs.
  9. Adhere to all Nursery and Government policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain and develop professional relationships with parents/carers at all times.
