Early Years Practitioner – Folkestone

Do you speak fluent toddler? Can you turn a cardboard box into a spaceship? We’re on the hunt for a magical human (Level 3 qualified, of course!) who’s passionate about play, puddles, and pint-sized people.

Contract: Full time, long term

Salary: £90 - £110 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Observe and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in an early-years setting within the last 2 years
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
