Job Title: Early Years Practitioner (Level 3)
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Salary: £12.82 per hour
Start: Immediate or September 2025
Contract: Full-time

Join a nurturing and welcoming mainstream primary school in Fareham as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP). You’ll play a vital role in supporting the developmental needs of children in their early years, helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support children in their personal, social, and educational development.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework.
• Observe, monitor, and report on children’s progress.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support each child’s learning journey.
• Ensure the classroom is a positive and inclusive space for all pupils.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and promote the well-being of all children.

Job Requirements:

• A relevant qualification in Early Years Education (such as a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, NVQ in Early Years, or equivalent).
• Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner in a primary or early years setting, with a strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Uni students are encouraged to apply.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and patient nature.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Have anupdated CV(covering thelast ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) andan enhanced DBSregistered to theUpdate Service(or be willing to apply for one).
