Qualifications

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in childcare.

Early Years Practitioner

£13.70 - £14.70 per hour

Do you have a passion for early childhood education and a talent for making every day a learning adventure? We're looking for Qualified Early Years Practitioners who are caring, creative, and committed to supporting children from birth to age 5 across a variety of welcoming nursery settings in and around Ely.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a key member of the nursery team, you'll help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Your role will include:

• Planning and leading fun, educational activities that support physical, emotional, and social development
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your team
• Maintaining a safe, nurturing environment, always putting the children's wellbeing first
• Observing and tracking development, supporting each child's individual learning journey
• Collaborating with colleagues to foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in childcare
• A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting
• Team players who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
