Qualifications

WMC RECRUITMENT is currently seeking an early years educator ( level 2 or level 3 ) to join an amazing nursery in Edenbridge , Kent .
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and possess strong communication skills. The candidate must be level 2 or level 3 qualifiedDuties

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow .
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues .
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as necessary .
  • Manage the daily routines of the nursery setting effectively
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Ability to manage and supervise groups of young children
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Valid driver's license for potential off-site activities
  • Knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities in guiding and supporting children
