Highly effective Early Years practitioner required from April 2025.

If you are Early Years qualified with either a level three equivalent or a degree related to the education of young people, this could be ideal for you.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude and the ability to support children in a setting that adopts a play-based learning ethos. If you are a happy, smiley person and a child at heart, the school will be keen to hear from you.

You will work with children with varying needs and learning styles. An understanding of how children learn through play is vital. You must be comfortable working under the guidance of class teachers and Foundation Stage leaders. Familiarity with tracking progress in line with EYFS is also required.
