Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a full-time, long-term role in Cheltenham. You will support a preschool room alongside experienced staff and a room leader, ensuring high-quality care and learning for young children.

Candidates must be Level 3 qualified with recent experience in a private day nursery or Early Years setting. DBS check (DBSupdate) or willingness to obtain one is required, and you will help maintain safeguarding and ratios across rooms.

• Recent experience with children (within the last 3 years)

We are currently looking for Level 3 Early years staff who are looking to work in Cheltenham

This role is working within a pre school room supporting alongside the team of staff and a experienced room leader.

You must be Level 3 qualified and have expereince working within a private day nursery or an Early Years setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all children are engaged in age-appropriate activities and provide a helping hand when needed.
• Uphold all setting policies and keep safeguarding a top priority.
• Support with maintaining ratio within the different age groups and rooms.
• Keep up with key children progress reports

Requirements

• Relevant experience working with children within the last 3 years.
• Level 3 qualified within Early Years
• Have aDBSon the update service or be happy to complete aDBSapplication
