Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing engaging and interactive activities for children ranging from 3 months to preschool age.
  • Communicating with parents and carers about children's progress and attending departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and training events
  • Creating inviting and educational activities that engage the children in learning
  • Teaching basic life skills such as hygiene, good manners, and general self-care

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in childcare
  • Relevant childcare experience (able to provide two professional references)
  • An enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (essential)
