Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane Day Nursery and Preschool in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking a full-time Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join the team. The role offers above industry salary with annual reviews and 50% discounted childcare for the first child.

You’ll plan engaging activities, build strong relationships with parents, and maintain child welfare, health, safety and safeguarding. The successful candidate will have Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification and experience with

Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary:

From £28,072 per annum depending on qualification and experience.

Location:

Maidstone, Kent

We are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane Day Nursery and Preschool.

What We’re Looking For

• Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
