About the role:

Are you a caring, fun-loving individual ready to make a difference in the lives of young children? We have the perfect opportunity for you! One of the lovely Nursery chains we work alongside are looking to recruit an Early Years Practitioner to work a minimum of one day a week in their nurseries.

About the Nursery:

Our Nursery’s mission is to provide high-quality Early Years education and care to children, particularly those in disadvantaged areas, to ensure they have the best start in life and future success. By operating nurseries in the most deprived areas of London, the nursery chain makes quality education accessible to children who might otherwise miss out. Their approach emphasizes social impact, with a focus on community engagement, supporting parents, and offering resources like food banks to families in need. With a strong commitment to continuous improvement, the nurseries consistently achieve higher Ofsted ratings, with nearly half rated ‘Outstanding.’ All efforts are aimed at fostering long-term social change, not only benefiting the children but also strengthening communities through local employment and support initiatives.

Benefits:

  • 24/7 access to support from your Connex consultant.
  • Plenty of opportunities to plan your work around you.
  • Experience the freedom of flexible working hours that fit perfectly with your lifestyle.
  • Explore diverse nursery settings, enriching your knowledge and expanding your skill set.
  • Thrive within a supportive and professional team that celebrates your success and guides you every step of the way.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of Level 2 qualification related to Early Years (preferred but not essential)
  • Early Years’ experience (essential)
  • A genuine love for working with children.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience and a caring personality.
