Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery. You will provide high-quality day care in a safe, nurturing environment, supporting children to learn and reach their potential while meeting all safety standards.

You’ll join a warm team and contribute to a supportive nursery culture, with opportunities for training, development and career progression including enhanced maternity/paternity leave and various staff benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent is preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for working with young children and supporting development.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play an important role in providing high-quality day care and creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for pre-school children.

You’ll help ensure every child has the opportunity to learn, develop and reach their full potential, while making sure their individual needs are met and all legal and safety requirements are followed.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A fully qualified Nursery Practitioner, ideally holding an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development.
• Caring, enthusiastic and committed to providing outstanding standards of care.
• Able to create a positive, inclusive and stimulating environment for children.
• A great team player who wants to contribute to a warm and supportive nursery environment.
