Job summary

Hartsbourne Primary School is seeking a Nursery Teaching Assistant to support children aged 3-4 years within the Nursery setting during school hours, with potential overtime via the after-school club. The role involves contributing to nursery development under the guidance of the Nursery teacher and the early years team, in a friendly and supportive school community.

Proven record of caring for and educating young children.
Commitment to making early learning both fun and meaningful.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
A proactive, can-do approach to the various unique elements of Early Years education.

Responsibilities

Support within the Nursery setting during school hours.
Opportunity to earn overtime as part of the after-school club provision.
Contribute to the continuing growth and development of the nursery under guidance of the Nursery teacher and Early Years team.
Engage with the wider community and staff to support children's education.
