Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Nurse

Job Description:

At Shooting Stars Nurseries, every day is a new adventure. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals who love learning and nurturing young minds to join our growing early years team.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 full & relevant Early Years childcare qualification
• Experience working in a children’s day nursery
• Leadership experience (for Room Leader role)

Positions Available:

• Senior Nursery Practitioner, Level 3, full time, £13.90p/h
• Nursery Practitioner, Level 3, full or part time, up to £13.40p/h

Location: Shooting Stars Nursery, 15 Barbourne Terrace, Worcester, WR1 3JR

Hours: Various permanent options available, full or part time, open 7:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £13.40 to £13.90 per hour

We are looking for:

• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centric childcare
• Knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted inspections, working with children with Special Educational Needs
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
• Ability to build relationships as a Key Person and work in partnership with parents/carers
