Qualifications

  • Experience working in a children's day nursery is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding procedures required.
  • Ability to deliver EYFS and work with children with Special Educational Needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality childcare and education.
  • Build relationships as a Key Person with parents/carers.
  • Contribute to Ofsted inspections and children's well-being.

Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Nurse

Job Description:

At Shooting Stars Nurseries every day is a new adventure, and we are on the lookout for passionate and enthusiastic individuals who share our love for learning and nurturing young minds to expand our growing early years team.

Do you have;

  • Level 3 full & relevant Early Years childcare qualification?
  • Experience working in a children’s day nursery?

Role - Nursery Practitioner, Full time or part time options working 24-40 hrs a week in shifts 7.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Location – Shooting Stars Nursery, 25 Mount Road, Hinckley, LE10 1AD

Salary - £13.40per hour

We are looking for…

  • Enthusiasm & commitment to delivering high quality Child-centric childcare.
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering the EYFS, Ofsted inspections, working with children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding procedures.
  • A Key Person, building relationships & working in partnership with parents/carers and other family members
