Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, is seeking an experienced Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above) to join their small boutique nursery. This full-time role offers a competitive salary up to £30,000 depending on experience and a 40-hour week with parking and good transport links.

You will work to EYFS standards, support children's development, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues while ensuring Ofsted compliance and a supportive, collaborative team

Qualifications

Level 2 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding.
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
