Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions in Winnersh, Berkshire, is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly early years setting on a full-time basis. The role offers a 40-hour week and a salary around £31,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will hold Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent, have nursery experience, and be committed to delivering high-quality care within the EYFS framework, while building positive relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding.
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
