Job description

We are seeking to appoint a talented and highly motivated teaching assistant to work across EYFS- KS2 .

We have schools based in Newton Abbot who require a Nursery Nurse / Primary experienced teaching assistant to support and ideally seek those with a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/ equivalent.

The school are part of a wider trust who have sites all across Newton Abbot, Exeter, Paignton, Brixham and Torquay

Responsibilities:

· Guid children as a Nursery Nurse / Teaching Assistant, offering personalised guidance and support.

· Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.

· Foster a nurturing environment that promotes improved social interactions and communication skills.

· Assist with daily tasks, academic activities, and implement effective interventions to address behaviour challenges and promote positive outcomes.

Requirements:

· Ideally a Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare / Early Years

· Experience of working across all age groups in either nurseries or schools

· Effective communication abilities to ensure clear interactions

· Applicants holding a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will be prioritised.
