Job description

Nära Nurseries – A place where children, families, and educators thrive together.

We are seeking a caring, committed, and Early Years Educator to join our team in our Banbury nursery.

This is a full-time, all year round role, and you must be available to work shift patterns between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm (40 hours per week).

What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering inspirational care and education to children.
Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment aligned with the EYFS.
Building strong relationships with children and their families as a key person.
Planning, observing, and assessing children’s development to support their learning journeys.
Supporting a team culture built on kindness, respect, and collaboration.
Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and safeguarding at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
A full and relevant Level 2 / 3 or above qualification in Early Years
A passion for early education and child development.
A positive, enthusiastic, and caring attitude.
Ability to work a rotating shift pattern between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Willingness to embrace our values of kindness, integrity, respect, and inclusivity.
