A prominent college is seeking an inspirational Early Years Lecturer to teach and guide students through Level 1-3 courses. The position involves not only delivering knowledge but also providing pastoral support, facilitating work placements, and contributing to ongoing curriculum development. We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Early Years Lecturer to deliver teaching and learning on our Level 1-3 Early Years courses.
Working closely with the Programme Manager and the rest of the team, you will have the chance to share your knowledge and skills with students to help them achieve at the highest level as well as driving continuous improvement within the College. You will act as a personal tutor, providing pastoral care, promoting attendance, supporting students to attain suitable work placements, participating in team meetings, and contributing to the planning, development, and review activities within your subject area.
This role involves working 3 days a week, with working hours from 8.45 am to 5 pm.
