Early Years Learning Support Assistant

Job Type: Temporary with a view to permanent, Full-time and part-time hours available

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a school in BS16 for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join their dedicated team working with their amazing two to three year olds.

The successful candidate will be commited to ensuring that all children feel part of a safe and inclusive environment where they're given the best opporunity to learn and develop through play. You must be self-motivated and proactive team player and have a positive and forward thinking outlook.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage

• High expectations for achievement and behaviour

• The energy and creativity to inspire and motivate children

• Strong communication skills - the role will involve working closely with parents and carers
