Job summary

Early Years Alliance is recruiting an enthusiastic Early Years Lead Educator to run Stay and Play sessions at Hyson Green and The Meadows Family Hubs in Nottingham. You will work with the Senior Early Years Lead to plan engaging activities and create welcoming spaces for children and families.

The role focuses on supporting parents to build confidence, promoting children’s communication, language and social development through play, and encouraging healthy family learning.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality early years sessions.
• Ability to lead Stay and Play sessions and engage families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate Stay and Play sessions at Family Hub locations.
• Support parents to develop confidence and skills for at-home learning.
• Promote children's communication, language, and social development through play.
• Encourage healthy lifestyle choices and positive family learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with families and help them access needed support.
