Orkney Islands Council is seeking an Early Years Lead Practitioner for Shapinsay Primary School. This permanent post is 17.5 hours per week during term time, with a salary of £35,553 – £38,309 pro rata.

The role reports to the Head Teacher and includes a wage of £19.48 – £20.99 per hour. We are committed to flexible working where possible to support families and young children.

The above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance.

You will be reporting to the Head Teacher.

Your working pattern is Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 3:30pm. We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible.
