Early Years/KS1 Teaching Assistant required with effect from 1 September 2025
30.85 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8.30am 3.30pm), term time only
St. Paul’s C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced and talented Teaching Assistant to work in Early Years. You must have a desire to ensure that all children receive high quality education and care. You should have a positive mindset, the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and staff, be flexible and be able to work on your own initiative.

You will:
Have a passion for working with young children and their families
Deliver in-class support and interventions for children with a wide range of needs
Be reflective, caring and be emotionally resilient
Have the ability to motivate children through good practice
Have effective, clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
Have a Level 3 qualification, or Early Educator Level 3
Knowledge and understanding of phonics and early reading is essential.
