Salary: From £ 25,538.436 per annum/£12.21 per hour (full time equivalent, dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Hours: Mon - Fri | 20 Hours Per Week | Permanent

We are looking for a Part-Time (20 hours per week) Monday-Friday nursery-based Kitchen Assistant to join our Bright Horizons Maidenhead situated in Maidenhead.
Our Bright Horizons Maidenhead Day Nursery and Preschool is a beautiful, 93 place purpose-built setting which opened in 2019. It has 5 spacious and well-equipped rooms including a baby sensory area, and areas specifically for art, construction play and a reading corner. All rooms have access to the large garden area including a patio area which is often used for messy play. The nursery is based just a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station, and has onsite parking.

The Role:
As an Early Years Kitchen Assistant, you will support the Chef in the preparation and cooking of age-appropriate food for all the children in the nursery, with minimum wastage, and in keeping the kitchen a clean and safe environment. In the absence of the Chef, you will take responsibility for the running of the kitchen, and ensuring all dietary requirements are catered for and clearly communicated to teams.
